Couples coaching services are about enriching relationships vs. addressing areas of conflict. What would your relationship look like if it were a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10?  You decide as a couple where you want to go with your couples coach. Here are some examples of areas that may be addressed:

Why Parent or Couples Coaching?

Couples coaching provides a support and educational structure that reinforces the importance of personal values, integrity, fulfillment and life balance in achieving and maintaining the couple’s relationship you want.

Couples coaching is action oriented with each action designed to move the couple towards discovery and accomplishment. In each session the coach and couple create objectives to be completed between sessions. The coach provides a structure of support and accountability as the basis of forming new behavioral patterns that support the relationship.

As each goal is achieved, your confidence, self-esteem, and self control increase. New behaviors become habit and new life skills become permanent!

			COACHING PACKAGES FOR PARENTS/COUPLES (Minimum 3 months.)
			Basic Package
				Three 30 minute telephone sessions per month.
				Unlimited e-mail access.
				Up to two 10 minute “just in time” coaching sessions per month for support to stay on track or preparation for something coming up quickly.
			High Achievers
				This package is for those who want to reach goals in a more timely fashion.
				Three 45 minute telephone coaching sessions per month.
				Unlimited e-mail access.
				Up to three 10-minute, “just in time” coaching sessions per month for support to stay on track or preparation for something coming up quickly.
			Cost Saver’s Package
				Two 30 minute phone coaching sessions per month
				Limited e-mail access
				One “just in time” 10 minute coaching session for support or preparation for an upcoming event
			Billing
				The initial meeting in which the alliance is designed is not included in the coaching package you choose. It is an upfront one time cost.
				Services are paid on a monthly basis with payment at the beginning of each month.
				Make checks payable to David Hoy & Associates.
				Insurance is not accepted for coaching services.
