Group coaching services are targeted for those who share common goals and life experiences (i.e. Pre or post surgery, health, and weight management/maintenance issues).

Additional resources and knowledge base from those who can relate to your experiences.

Added support and accountability with people who share similar goals and values.

Three month packages are designed to maximize results. Individuals and groups can decide if they wish to continue after the 3 month period. Depending on time and geography, clients have the option of face to face meetings if desired.


			GROUP COACHING PACKAGES (Minimum 3 months.)
			Basic Package
				Three 60 minute group telephone coaching calls (calls will vary from 60-90 minutes depending on number of participants)
				One individual coaching call (30 minutes)
				Unlimited e-mail access
				Weekly bridge line provided for peer support without coach present
			High Achievers
				This package is for those who want to reach goals in a more timely fashion.
				Three 60-90 minute group telephone coaching calls (group duration is decided based upon number of participants)
				One individual coaching call for 30 minutes
				Up to three 10 minute “just in time” coaching calls for additional support and timely preparation for an upcoming event
				Bridge line for weekly peer support calls without coach
				Monthly topic call for 1 hour (educational call provided by the coach on a topic decided by the group)
			Cost Saver’s Package
				Two 1 hour group coaching calls
				E-mail access
				One 10 minute “just in time” call
			Billing
				Services are paid on a monthly basis with payment at the beginning of each month.
				Make checks payable to David Hoy & Associates.
				Insurance is not accepted for coaching services.
