We are located in the historic Loring Park Office Building on Hennepin and Oak Grove Street on Loring Pond, across the street from the Walker Art Center. Easy access via East 394 from the western suburbs. Take west 94 to Hennepin avenue exit from Eastern suburbs. Take 494 to 394 from North and South Suburbs.

Do you work with groups or individuals?

I work with individuals and groups. You get to decide which format works best for you.

How soon can I expect results?

The process is designed to help you create the life you want. If you follow through and honor the coaching process, you will get results. You will notice small improvements immediately and significant improvements within the first 3 months.

What if I’m not satisfied with my progress?

If, at the end of the first three months, you are not satisfied with your progress, David will refund your money.

What is the difference between a Life Coach and a Therapist?

Both Counseling and Coaching are designed to increase quality of life. If you are goal driven and needing a jumpstart to get where you want to be, Coaching is the way to go. If you need to address mental health issues or struggle with conflicts, past history, and different forms of trauma, counseling is the way to go. I encourage you to look at both areas and see what fits for you. There are lots of service options in each area.

How do I find a good coach or therapist?

Ask peers if they have used coaches or therapists and how their experience was. Make sure you interview your coach or therapist for credentials and related work experience.
