Where are you located?

We are located in the beautiful Westwood Lake Office Park Complex in Golden Valley. Take the General Mills Boulevard exit off of Highway 394. Easy access via west 94 to 394 from Minneapolis, St. Paul and eastern suburbs. Take 394 east if coming from the west metro. If you are coming from north and south metropolitan areas, take 169 to 394 and go west for about one mile to General Mills Boulevard.

How much do you charge?

We get reimbursed based on how your HMO coverage pays. If you have out of network benefits there may be a spend down before your insurance begins to kick in. These vary between plans. There are also sliding fee scales that can be worked out based on income.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations need to be done 24 hours in advance.

How often can I come in?

This depends on your health plan. Generally they are weekly to bi-weekly. If you pay out of pocket, we don’t need to go through insurance and you can set the dates.

Do you make home visits?

We will make home visits for your convenience. Their will be a travel cost that you will have to pay for.
